Q: I just placed an order, when will it ship?
A: Please allow 24-48 hours for production before your order ships. Once your order is shipped, standard delivery takes 7-10 business days (excluding holidays). Tracking numbers are updated 3-5 business days after shipping. If you don’t receive your tracking number after 5 days, please email us at ezana@afrodrips.com.
Q: I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
A: We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on defective or damaged products. You have 30 days from purchase to return your item for a full refund. Please note that you must ship the item back at your own expense and include your name and order number on the package. Also, if your order is still on its way, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, you can cancel your order at no penalty, but only before it has shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, please use our easy return process to obtain a full refund.
Q: I have entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?
A: If you notice an error in your shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately. You can also notify us at ezana@afrodrips.com. We can update the address within 24 hours of the order placement. After 24 hours, we won’t be able to change the address, and no refund will be issued for an incorrect submission.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location and our fulfillment center. On average, orders ship within 7-10 business days. International orders or shipments from fulfillment centers outside the U.S. may take longer.
